I changed my day job as a Marina Dockmaster, come maintenance engineer etc. to an In Depth study of Liesure activities, mostly caravan based!! This job change occured in 2002 at age 65, and 10 days later we set off on what turned out to be a 10 month tour of Britain, Portugal, Spain and France. this may have gone on longer, but the totally unexpected news that our son was getting married made an early return inevitable!! We continued extended trips to Spain until unpredictable weather over winter months changed our trips to Autumn or Spring time, and Europe in general. This year we are doing a tour of Britain to take in our Grandson's wedding on Sat 8th Aug.
