Hi all you caravan techies,
My on-board water pump has developed a slight leak around the plastic housing of the pump.
It's a Whale Smartflow, Model UF0814..... Replacement costs are around £100.
My Question is: Has anyone had this problem and attempted a successful repair?
I am contemplating taking the thing apart and applying some sealant around the offending part.
If it works I save £100, and if it doesn't I'm carrying buckets of water around for a weekend.
Regards
Mr T.

Good news campers, I bought a pump off eBay for £35 (new), not quite the same spec, the replacement didn't have the pump running wire, but what the heck, who needs it.
10 minutes to fit, jobs a good'un.
