An area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), Leith Hill is the highest point in Southeast England, set within the popular Surrey Hills and a favourite of visitors to the area on their UK camping holidays. Perched at the top of this hill stands a gothic tower, pointing skywards above the surrounding landscape. From the top of Leith Hill you will commnd views north towards London (you can, on a clear day, see the Spires of St Paul's Cathedral through the telescope mounted at the top of the gothic tower) and south towards the English Channel. Set in beautiful surroundings, with the added comfort of a serving eatery in the tower itself, you can follow in the footsteps of visitors since Victorian times taking walks in Surrey, benefitting from the exercise of climbing the hill and the sense of well-being achieved when presented with the view at its summit.

Leith Hill, classed for those who care about 'bagging' summits, as a Marilyn (a hill with a 500ft drop on all sides) makes an excellent spot for picnics, photography and all-round gawping.
