I stayed on White Lodge campsite Newborough Isle of Anglesey last weekend. First class spot for us with our motorhome. With our bikes we were able to visit the beaches accessed through the forest trails nearby. The campsite had everything we needed including a café which gets rave reviews on trip advisor. A very quiet site with spectacular views of the Snowdonia mountains. We will definitely be visiting this site again.

Hi folks, well my oh and I finally decided to give this camping thing a go andmy,we were so suprised! Decided to stay quite close to home for our first foray and we were really pleased we did.we stayed at Boroughbridge club campsite, just a couple of miles out of townand a very picturesque settin. We overlooked the river Ure,it was so tranquil and quiet yet only a short drive/walk to all we needed.Had great weather,a barbie that actually worked and fed many a duck. All in all,it was very nice,a short drive to Harrogate, and all its amenities.Yes,we'll def do it again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Hollands wood camp site in Brockenhurst, New forest a few weeks ago. What a fantastic site, Nice clean facilities, no set pitches just camp under the trees, and cute wild ponies walking about... Peaceful, tranquil, I'd recommend to anyone.

We have stayed at the Riverside caravan and camping park, Stratford Upon Avon several times now both in a tent and in a caravan. Superb position for getting into Stratford via the cheap River Taxi or about a mile walk into town. Beautiful facilities, clean and roomy and spotless showers and toilet blocks no matter what time of day we went in. Very quiet site although busy at times but not cramped in any way. Added addition of a fab looking clubhouse under construction at the moment so next year should be even better!!

August bank holiday was approaching fast and we wanted a local campsite to stay at, we searched the web and came across "Little Winnick" just outside St Austell, A quick phone call to the staff and we were all booked in for 3 nights in our VW along with our friends in their vans. Lovely pitches, spotless shower facilities with ample hot water. Great little shop selling the basics but locally sourced including fresh baked bread. Would not hesitate to book again in the future. Well done to the staff for a great site, that's right on the cycle trail, relaxed, tranquil, but not regimental !!

My husband and I have two young children and for the past five years we have stayed at Greenacres. Last year we did Whit week. The kids had such an amazing time that we went again this year. we decided to revisit. Much busier in august than at Whit!!. Caravan (Standard Plus)...was massive - with a better shower than my own!!....wasnt happy about the location as we were miles from anywhere and had no parking...did complain about this & was promised it would be sorted....still waiting!!! But overall preferred it to last years Superior. My children at 7, 9 & 14, have different ideas of fun, so the soft play area was used & I managed to keep the arcade to a minimum. We booked the Zorbing as the kids missed it last time and though it was fantastic fun, it was expensive at £6 each for about 10 mins - again as it was so busy...the entertainment I thought was ok...geared to younger kids and of course the beach...the main reason we go....love it on a warm day and even really like it when its wet and windy!!! The shop is fairly expensive (and remember to take your carriers), but I think the pub & burger King are fairly reasonable at approx £30 for the 4 of us.

Porth beach tourist park ,Newquay Cornwall ,we have been coming here twice a year for the last 5 years and we love it,the site is very clean ,toilet and shower block is spacious and very clean and has plugs for your hair dryers and straighteners ,roomy pitches ,we have a premium pitch which is over looking a stream ,small park for children, washing up sinks, washers and dryers ,electric or non electric pitches ,the staff are lovely and very friendly ,the campsite is so close to the beach ,only have to cross a road and the beach Is there, there is also a pub on the beach called the mermaid ,brilliant food and great Cornish cider ( rattler) ,there is a bus stop outside the campsite which can take you anywhere really ,we wouldn't go anywhere else it's the best

Birchwood Farm Caravan Park. First impression that it was a lovely clean family camp site. All facilities were good but if you are after a peaceful stay then is not the place for you. It was very noisy and even after 11pm well into the small hours there was lots of disturbance from other campers. Would not visit again.

Well were do i start about Monkeytree in Cornwall near Newquay, it is just the best ,well i think it is , it has everything i think you need for a great site, all types of pitches, even pitches with thier own private shower/washroom, there is everything for the children to do so they wont get bored, ball park crazy golf trampolene parks, animal farm (hands on for children) four fishing lakes, and if you don,t have fishing gear you can hire it for a small fee, heated outside pool, a good club house the kids are entertained until around 2030 Hrs, then its the grown ups time but the children can stay, the campsite is very clean and very tidy, the wash/shower place is always very very clean, can,t fault it very freindly staff there is electric hookup /hardstanding/superior pitches/normal pitches/premier pitches/ it has it all resterant, take away, it also has its own car/power washer there to, there are static Van/a seasonal pitches for touring vans take you pick spoilt for choice ,there is everthing you need here, i might have missed something, but take a look at thier web site.i have been going there for the last 5 years and i will be back next year again only this time on a seasonal site looking forward to this very much.
