What was great?
We stayed here from the Easter time weekend for five nights. Loved it. Very open site looking over fields. The little pond would be a major attraction for the 9 years old. He spent hrs fishing and caught many small seafood. Bryn, a nearby guy, gave him some maggots, pellets and a lot of helpful information. Also brought kids to the Observatory one evening that is around the campground. Quite interesting talk distributed by John Sheen. We've got to appear via a huge telescope in the evening sky. Amazing evening with a few quite interesting and knowledgeable people. The bathroom ., shower facilities are fantastic. Even the dish washing facilities with 2 fridges, 1 freezer, washer and clothes dryer are fantastic too. Plenty of literature giving info on 'things to do'. Our pitch was large and since campers are just put round the outdoors from the area, there's an enormous space in the centre in which the kids can enjoy. We visited Mevagissy, Lands Finish (with the carpark and the other finish very rapidly - sorry but we were not having to pay £5 for any 15 minute stay) and onto Sennan (great little coffee shop), St Ives. We spent an incredible trip to the Eden Project that is only 6 miles from campground and did not take us lengthy to get at. The proprietors in the campground were very enjoyable, laid back, and incredibly friendly. Site neat and well handled. We're certainly returning for this site. With 12 several weeks free entry in to the Eden Project after having to pay for that eventually, we must return which website is in a position. We visited this campground after reading through reviews and that we weren't disappointed. Would certainly recommend this campground.
