What was great?
This is a great site to stay on if you are looking to explore the area around St Andrews. The site is a friendly, well organised medium sized site mainly for campers and tourers, although some tenst in summer I understand. Great amenties and facilities for tourers and the pitch sizes were generous. You can upgrade to a pitch with a patio if you like, although we didn't feel the need to. Good facilities for kids, too, of you are going to take them. Good for us too - no dogs in the touring or campers part of the site (although there were some in reception when we arrived from the privately owned statics on site but they posed no problems for us.)

Even better if....
The site isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for - this was one of the more luxurious sites we have stayed on.
