What was great?
Clean site and services on site. We were greeted by a lovely Scottish couple greeting us. The staff behind the counter were both great. The site is tucked away off a roundabout at the end of Crystal Palace Parade, go careful as you could just miss it! Access to travel into London - If you will be doing a lot of hop on hop off travel around London either, buy an Oyster card (not my preference) and add credit to it or use contactless card if you have one. We used contactless and registered our cards through TFL website. The two days we were in London we had our travel charges capped at £6.40 each per day of travel (we did buses and underground) - just tap your contactless card on the 'Oyster' pad and relax! The first day we suffered on the number 3 bus from Crystal Palace to near Hamleys. We changed at Picadilly Circus. Don't do this, use the number 3 bus until Brixton Station then use the tube to have a quicker travel in to the capital. Please note that my 1 star ratings are because we didn't utilise any of them - no kids / pets with us.

Even better if....
The site was signposted a bit closer to the site, rather than on the exit to the roundabout where the site entrance is.
