What was great?
Its a quiet, small site and is off the beaten track, It has all grass pitches except for a couple of hard stands that are used for motorhomes. It is privately owned and is a Caravan club CL site. the wardens couldn't be more helpful and are an exception to the normal "jobs worth" ones you sometimes come across. If you want peace and quiet and can cope with traveling to get shopping then this is the place to go, we have returned to it 4 times earlier in 2013 and enjoyed it every time.

Even better if....
It is out of the way but within 10 miles of Bala or approx. 4 miles from Corwen for local shopping.

What was great?
The size of the site was nice as it wasn't too big, but the showers & toilets are in need of updating. They were clean, but that is all that could be said about them. There were lovely views of the surrounding area from most of the pitches.

Even better if....
I have nothing great to say about this site as I have never come across anyone so rude as the Warden and his wife at this site and I have been a member of the Caravan Club Site for over 20 years. He & his wife watched myself and my friend erect our Privacy Awning and then asked us to move it as it was too close to the next van. Because I stood up to him and refused to move until the morning and didn't raise my voice he got really abnoxious and demanded that we leave the site first thing the following day. By this time I was more than pleased to do so.
