Welcome to Home Farm Touring Park

Home Farm offers peace and tranquility around open countryside with an adundance of wonderful wildlife. Located in the heart of Baston Fen in South Lincolnshire this new site is an excellent base for exploring the market towns of Bourne, Spalding, Stamford and the city of Peterborough.

Set in 4 acres overlooking a beautiful lake the site has 41 spacious pitches of which 17 are hardstanding including 4 fully serviced pitches.

Baston village is within 2 mile from the site and hosts a pub, shop and post office, butchers and hairdressers. A short distance from the village there is also a garden centre/shopping outlet.

Caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and tents are all welcome, also well behaved dogs. We also cater for rallies.

Carp fishing by arrangement on our own lake or course fishing on the River Glen and Counter Drain are within a short distance from the site.

More About Us

This new touring park is owned and managed by Sarah and Richard. The site offers peace and relaxation for that 'get away from it all' holiday.

Set in 4 acres the site has secure access with 41 spacious level pitches, of which 17 are hardstanding including 4 fully serviced pitches overlooking a beautiful lake.

Facilities on site include mains EHU, a new modern heated toilet block with washing up facilities, disabled wc and motorhome servicing point.

Well behaved dogs are welcome and carp fishing on our own lake is available by prior arrangement.

We endeavor to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible within the beautiful grounds.

Local Attractions

Baston Nature reserve - (1 mile) 90 acres of washlands administered by the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. In 1968, Baston Fen was scheduled as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) for its botanical and ornithological interests,

Market Deeping - (5 miles) A market village with its local shops, services, good eating and leisure centre.

Bourne - (6 miles) A small market town with its heritage centre, Bourne Woods (Forestry Commission) and nearby Grimsthorpe Castle. Market Day - Thursday.

Stamford - (12 miles) An historical market town with its picturesque stone buildings and boutique shops. Many pubs and restaurants including the George Hotel and antique shops in abundance. Stamford is also the home of Burghley House and gardens which is a must see. Markey Day - Friday

Spalding - (12 miles) A market town famous for its Tulip Flower Festival. Attractions include: Aschoughfee Hall and Springfields Outlet Village with garden centre (this can be accessed by river taxi from the town). Market Days - Tuesday and Saturday

Peterborough - (14 Miles) A Cathedral city with its museums, theatre, football club, large shopping centre, festivals and markets. Attractions include: Nene Valley Railway, Flag Fen (Bronze Age centre and archaeology park), East of England showground with numerous events held throughout the year. Market Days - Tuesday - Saturday.

From the North:

From Bourne follow signs A15 Peterborough. On reaching Baston village turn left at crossroads onto Main Street, continue though village for approx 2 miles. Home Farm is located on the left.

From the South

From Market Deeping follow signs A15 Sleaford on reaching Baston village turn right at crossroads onto Main Street, continue through village for approx 2 miles. Home Farm is located on the left.

well kept site

What was great?
a warm welcome a waits you on arrivel from the owner sarah nothing is to much trouble the site is clean and tidy toilet block spotless always kept clean plenty of hot water this was our second time at home farm

Even better if....
the size of the pitch are well layed out plenty of space for the caravan awaning plus the tow vechicle alot of pitchs are fully serviced there is 2 ponds on site plenty of fish to catch
