What was great?
This may not be among the best sites but for its price it packs a punch. The site costs only £19 a night all year round. No inflated prices for school holidays, no extra charge for the dog or awning. The touring field is right next to the sea wall and a 3 mile walk into Clacton or a short drive. The Toilet block was clean enough and has free hot showers.

Even better if....
The site has a number of shops from off license, grocers to bakery. There is the Sailor Boy pub that has entertainment in the evening such as quizzes and karaoke. The swimming pool was good although there is a charge to use this. There is a fish and chip shop and cafes nearby and amusement arcades. I will be going back cant beat it for value.
