Q: What is Naturism?
A: British Naturism, describes it as:
"A way of life in harmony with nature characterised by the practice of communal nudity, with the intention of encouraging self-respect, respect for others and for the environment."
Q: Do we all need to be naturists?
A: Not all members of your group need to be naturist and how often is entirely up to yourselves.
Q: I Have friends staying at Lakeside and they have invited us to visit do we still have to pay you for the visit or is it free?
A: ALL visits to lakeside are chargeable it is unfair to other paying guests if you get in for free..
Q: I Have friends holding a party at Lakeside and they have invited me to the party do we have to pay anything ?
A: Yes it will be the same rate as a day visit “please remember we do not make any charge for the party room , so every guest is at our discretion and will pay the day rate, its best to arrive early and enjoy the facilities. Children under the age of 15 are FREE.
Q: Are you genuine naturists?
A: Tony and Vera have been involved in the naturist movement for many years,
Potential guests can feel assured that our offer of accommodation is for genuine naturists only, either of long standing or new to the lifestyle,
Q: Is the site totally secluded?
A: Almost you can sunbathe to the front and there is a large sunbathing area to the rear with decking.
The Hot Tub and Sauna can also be used without having to cover up. We have 12 acres of land in total "4 acres that are perfect for naturism" no close neighbours and plenty of grassy areas to sunbathe or play petanque and We have recently planted over 5,000 trees to make all 12 acres totally secluded.
Q: Can I book accommodation for just 1 night?
A: Yes but you can get 25% discount if you stay 2 nights or longer .
Q: Can I just call around without booking or phoning just to have a look or day visit?
A: Sorry No you must always phone or email us first.
Q: Are bookings refundable?
A: please see our terms and condition on charges on our online booking form.
Q: We have looked on Google earth and cannot see the lake?
A: The lake was dug in 2007 after the Aerial photos were taken; Google maps also show a different property not Lakeside Farm.
Q: What is your address?
A: We are close to Spilsby in Lincolnshire we will give full details of address, post code and directions when you have paid your holiday deposit.
Q: What times are the hot tub and Sauna open, and are there any extra charges to use them?
A: The Hot Tub is open from 7am to 9.30pm the Sauna, games room and mini shop is open 24hrs per day,
and there are no extra charges for the above, showers are 20p

A: Yes we do have all of the above. showers are 20p

Pre arrival
The main railway station is at Skegness about 10 miles away; there is another smaller station at Thorpe Culvert, about 3 miles away.
There are local taxis You can contact us by phone, details at the end of this statement.
Arrival and car parking facilities.
On the car parking area there is ample room for all vehicles.
The site is flat but may be bumpy.The facilities of the local town is a eight minutes leisurely drive, all types of shops, pubs,restaurant,theatre and Supermarket.
Reception area
The conservatory at the back of the bungalow, this were the reception is please ring the bell.
Leisure facilities
The hot tub is sited near the back of the property and you need to climb over the edge which is about 2 feet high into the water which is about 3 feet deep at the deepest point. The hot tub water temperature is usually set at 38 degrees centigrade.we have a Sauna also and party room
Outdoor facilities
The land is flat;
None of our lake is fenced off; people with a visual impairment will require a sighted person to accompany them at all times.
