What was great?
Set in a lovely area. Good facilities on site. Toilet/shower block very clean. On site office/shop has useful items like basic food stuffs and caravan supplies. Plus there is useful tourist information. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Nice village nearby, easy walking distance, with food shops, pub, coffee shops. The other side of the village there is a park with a childrens' play area.

Even better if....
Close to a main road. My pitch was midway in the site so not too bad but some pitches may experience a degree of road noise. Nothing on site for young children. Showers are the push button type - you only get 10 seconds per push!

lovely atmosphere good wholesome food reasonably priced great service within easy walking distance of laneside caravan park good selection of beers on offer
