What was great?
This site is mainly filled with static caravans (some for rent) and lodges (again, some for rent) with the touring area set in a fairly secluded "circle" at the bottom end of the park. Good flat hard standing pitches most of which are fully serviced which is great. The river that runs through the park (River Tilt) is lovely and the whole park has been created and kept to the highest standard. The toilet block/showers are not huge but very clean but, as touring vans/campers are in the minority, they are fine for the vans they are there to accommodate. The site is right next to a bar, hotel, restaurant and a spa and is in an ideal location for touring the area - which, if you have never done so, is breathtaking. Highly recommended. Discount also given to Caravan Club or Camping and Caravan Club members which makes it even better value.
