Showers were fantastic,the site was all very good, a short walk to the beach, plenty of amenities and close to towns.

What was great?
I stayed her for a short break over Easter 2014, so lovely to park the car and walk to the beach which had a good cafe, couple of shops and also into Charmouth village for all basic shops needed - bakers, small food shop, fish & chips and a couple of pubs. Site is not far from the A35 (but no road noise) easy to find with an acceptable shop on site. Did walk through the camping part and thought pitches a bit close together as were the statics but location made up for this. Good dog walking area, although I did note they were not allowed in toilet/shower block.

Even better if....
Wifi was free, expensive at £5 per day or could buy for a week (can not remember price) but if you go to the Library in the village can get free wifi during opening hours, this is what we did, could sit inside or outside and could even buy tea, coffee etc!

What was great?
We have been visiting this site for 12 years. The site is kept impeccably clean and tidy. The best thing is the location, right on the beach. We go fishing just yards from our caravan (great bass ). There is a small river mouth ( the char) where kids can splash about. We watch the bats flying over the little bridge at dusk. All this as well as the famous fossil beach where you can find some amazing fossils. Seadown welcome dogs and have a designated walking area. There is a play area for kids and a small shop in reception. The village is 2 minutes walk away, there is a great pub, convenience store, butchers, souvenir shops and a great takeaway that does allsorts ( fish and chips, pizza, curry etc). I would recommend this site to anyone.

Even better if....
I can't think of anyway they could better this site.
