What was great?
Debbie and Alan the owners are great nothing was too much trouble. We paid £15 per night and used metered electric it cost us £2 for two night stay, We did not realise that the site had a fishing pond and when my husband saw it he was like a kid in a sweet shop. Even though my husband has his own fishing gear Alan said that he would set him up with a pole and all the gear, it cost £5 to fish. Well my husband never stopped catching fish all day and evening.My husband bought a pole and floats off Alan at a great price to. We only picked this site at first as it's near East Park in Hull as our son was taking part in the Hull Veteran's day there. Alan gave us a tour of the workings on Fish keeping or as Alan said water management. The site can accommodate 5 caravans and 10 tents it's a small Camping and Caravan Club site the site was level just needing a slight adjustment but nothing extreme. There are two toilets one in the shower room and one shower which are very clean, You share the site with rescued chickens and a turkey all of which are harmless. We loved it here and will definitely be back I just wish it was a little nearer to us. All the other campers were really friendly
