Welcome to St Ives Bay Holiday Park

Our holiday park is set in undulating sand dunes running down to its own sandy three mile long beach**. The park has private access to one of the finest sandy beaches in Cornwall. Many units and pitches have stunning sea views. We look out over St Ives Bay with St Ives headland to the left and Godrevy lighthouse to the right.

We offer Caravans, Chalets, Static Tents, Camping and Houses. 18 different unit types with something to suit everyone's taste and budget. There are no hidden costs. The on-site shop, bistro, bars and food outlets are reasonably priced. FREE entry to pool facilities and bars.

The holiday park is located about five minutes off the A30 – the artery road that stretches the length of Cornwall. St Ives town is 5 miles away, with Falmouth 21 miles, Newquay 25, and lands End 19, St Ives Bay Holiday Park is the ideal base from which to explore.

We are a family business run for families and couples. We don't offer group bookings to same-sex or similar parties. We do not accept Pets in any of our accommodation, except for Guide or assistance dogs by arrangement.

Camping and Touring

We have a choice of pitches with electric or standard pitches with no electric, or our static tents with all mod cons.

Caravans

Most of our holiday caravans in St Ives Bay Cornwall are set in natural undulating duneland which overlooks the sea. Some are in sheltered groups about 750 yards from the beach. Many have superb sea views.

Caravans are graded 2 Star 2 Star (our lowest) to 4 Star 4 star (our highest grade) giving you an indication of age and status. All our caravans are well maintained, and older units have had much refurbishment. For more exact specification - please ask! You can park one car next to nearly every caravan. Some of the Ospreys, Horizons, Ravens, Siroccos and Mirages have decks which cost £60 per week. See individual caravans for availability.

Easy Access
New in 2013 for those needing wheelchair access. Quality timber (lodge style) wide caravans. Small Deck (no charge) is included in access ramp. Vaulted timber ceilings which add to a feeling of space. Duvets, fridge freezer, and heaters in bedrooms.

New in 2013 and designed for those needing wheelchair access. A quality timber lodge style caravan with a vaulted timber ceiling, and double glazing. These units are spacious as well as warmer and quieter than a traditional caravan. Access is via a ramp with a deck built in (no charge). Walk in shower with seat and hand rails round the toilet. All internal door slide to give easy access into all the rooms. A travel cot will fit into the bedrooms but reduces the access for a wheelchair. Linen & Duvest are included towels are not supplied. Parking for 1 car next to the unit.

Merlin
Units with bay windows and high ceilings in a sheltered area of the park. Close to the shop, Launderette, Dynamite bar and office. Most economical six berth unit. Blankets and pillows provided. Please bring or hire linen!

Holiday Chalets

Our holiday chalets in St Ives Bay Cornwall are grouped in grassy areas up to 1000 yards from the beach. We have our own free car park by the beach. All chalets are carpeted. Duvets and linen are provided in all A & B grade chalets. Single and bunk beds are all 2'6" wide. Double beds are 4'6" except where indicated in the individual chalet descriptions. Chalets do not have sea views (except some A5*)

A2
Older flat roof units. Very popular units due to competitive price. Once accommodated four but now converted to one bigger bedroom. Spacious for two people with recent bathrooms.

Located at the entrance of the park these older units have a flat roof with a hanging bay window. The bathrooms are recent and have shower only (no bath). The living areas and kitchens have been refurbished over the years and there is double glazing throughout like all of our chalets. A Travel cot will fit in the bedroom of this chalet. Parking is in areas close to the chalets, you cannot park next to individual chalets.

Houses

There are now three holiday houses in the Park in St Ives Bay Cornwall. All three can accommodate ten people in four bedrooms with two bathrooms (one with shower but no bath, the other with bath). The sleeping arrangements are one double, one twin and two

Directions

Directions to St Ives Bay
Leave the M5 at junction 31 taking signs for the A30 and Oakhampton. The A30 will take you all the way to Hayle and is much improved over recent years.
At the Loggans Moor roundabout take the 3rd exit into Hayle. At the mini-roundabouts by Lidl turn right onto the B3301. The Park is on the left approximately 600 yards.

By Car

By Train
When travelling by train, please check with your train operator, as not all trains stop at Hayle train station. The next station is St.Erth approximatly 3 miles from the park, en-route to Penzance, the end of the line.

By Bus
Coaches stop at Foundry Square which is the far end of Hayle about 1 mile from the park. From Foundry you can get a Taxi or catch the 14 or 18 bus service to the park.

By Plane
