What was great?
Easy access as it is beside the main M74 motorway North and South. Clean modern toilet / showers, heated. Level pitching on hard standing. Excellent Dog Walk on site. A short walk from Strathclyde Country Park - excellent for walking, cycling, running, dog exercise, watching the wild life. M&Ds Large Funfair and thrills on the same short walk. Plus there are eating establishments beside the Fun Fair. A Toby Carvery at the Campsite entrance.

Even better if....
Being at one of the busiest traffic hubs in Scotland, road noise is constant. It does fade into the background as your mind adjusts and we did have an excellent nights sleep. So do not be put off.
