Welcome to Tregoad Park - a family-run Cornish resort that's well away from main roads. Perfect for families, friends and couples, this 55-acre resort offers a fantastic rural escape in stunning countryside, with local beaches and quaint fishing villages such as Looe and Polperro that are brimming with Cornish character.

Fun-filled Family Holidays for All

In the high season there is plenty on offer for families with children under the age of 14. We have lots to give kids a jam-packed holiday including a basketball and football field, table tennis and a games room with air hockey, pool and arcade games. There is even a play park for younger children where they can let their imaginations run wild. The indoor heated swimming pool is a facility for everyone to enjoy, and the Jacuzzi spa is the perfect sanctuary where adults can relax and unwind.
However, the fun does not end with our facilities, as there are plenty of activities to keep young visitors busy. For children under the age of 12, the daily Kids Club brings brand-new experiences and opportunities, with many activities to excite and entertain. The kids disco at 7:00pm each evening makes a great end to the day and our mascot, Timmy the Tiger might even join in the fun!
We have a 30 seat on-site cinema showing a nightly children's film, allowing parents to have quality time together enjoying the evening programme of entertainment in the bar. Some of the most popular events include quizzes, bingo games, live music, sing-alongs and disco nights.
As parents, you will also want your children to have a great time while staying safe. Thankfully, Tregoad Park is situated well away from main roads and has a secure entry and exit barrier system. Meanwhile, if your idea of a holiday involves no cooking, then delicious and reasonably-priced breakfasts, evening meals and takeaways are available our restaurant area.
You can even keep your four-legged friends happy too, as Tregoad Park welcomes well-behaved family pets. We have a dedicated dog-walking area and local routes, providing scenic views of the Cornish seaside.

Camping at Tregoad Park

For those who enjoy the great outdoors and the benefits it has to offer, the camping pitches available at Tregoad Park are perfect for a memorable outdoor break.

Our grass pitches, located around the edge of the park, enable you to take advantage of our free facilities - such as our Heated Showers and Dish Wash facilities - as well as enjoying your independence by seeing what surrounding towns have to offer. For visitors in July and August, the terraced pitches will provide stunning views of the natural beauty encompassing the park.

When camping at Tregoad Park, everything you need is available with easy access - such as family bathrooms, numerous water points, and even picnic tables that will allow you to enjoy lunch and dinner in wonderful surroundings.

Electric Touring Pitches

Whether you are bringing your motorhome, caravan or tent to Tregoad Park for a long or short break, the touring pitches at our resort will cater to all of your needs - with flat and level surfaces boasting electric hook-up points as well as quick access for your car via the tarmac roads whenever you need it.

All of the essential amenities will also be a stone's throw away from your pitch - including points to collect water and dispose of refuse, free and modern showers for your convenience, and a purpose-built laundry building with washing machines, tumble-dryers and ironing boards ready for use. For disabled customers and families, there are also specially-designed wet rooms available. All our toilet and shower buildings are heated throughout the winter and early spring.

The park is well-lit, and with 24-hour security at Tregoad Park, you can be assured that your safety is paramount at the resort: day and night. With a midnight curfew for vehicles in the pitch areas, you can also be assured of a quiet night's sleep - and there's park-wide Wi-Fi connectivity for those who love the Internet.

Camping Pods

*NEW FOR MAY 2013* Our large 4 berth comfortable camping pods are spacious, modern and equipped. As well as being fully insulated and available all year round the pods come complete with 2 single and a double bed all with mattresses. They include a table top fridge, kettle, heating and lighting and have an outdoor decking and dining area with table and seating for 4 people.

Our 2 berth cosy and comfortable camping pods include 2 single beds with mattresses plus a wall mounted electric coolbox, kettle, heating and lighting. They also have an outdoor deck and dining area with table and seating for up to 4 people. All our camping pods are of timber construction are fully insulated and are both wind and rain-resistant. The camping pods are available all year and provide warm and cosy winter accommodation.

All our pods are manufactured using environmentally friendly materials with timber from renewable resources.

Camping pods remove the uncertainty and hassle of camping in beautiful holiday resorts like Cornwall. No longer will you have to spend ages constructing your tent, as it is already erected in a spacious and level position. In addition, there is ample room for four adults in our larger pods and 2 adults in our small ones. Each pod has adjacent parking and is close to our modern shower complex with family bathrooms on the upper park. You will be well-equipped to enjoy the holiday ahead of you.
The pods look good too, with linoleum-tiled floors, electric sockets, lighting, heating, kettle and fridge. For those who admire the great outdoors, the wooden bench and table outside is perfect for evening dining, while a weatherproof box also ensures all of your footwear and equipment can be kept outside without getting battered by the elements.

Our static holiday homes at Tregoad Park are perfect for parties of up to 6 people and offer a range of comfortable amenities. The high-quality holiday homes are southerly-facing, with great sea views and ideal for your relaxing getaway in Cornwall.
In an elevated position and with a private decking area for intimate evening meals and enchanting nights watching the sunset, cooking aficionados will be able to make full use of the barbeque facilities that accompany each static holiday home - with complementary parking spaces to eliminate the hassle of travelling during your holiday with us.

You will be able to choose from two and three-bedroom accommodation, and the facilities that are found in all of the static holiday homes include Freesat televisions with DVD facilities, a shower room, gas fires, electric heating and a kitchen that's well-equipped with all of the cutlery, crockery and cooking appliances you expect.

Tregoad Park Manor House

Are you planning for a large party to indulge in a Cornish holiday? If so, Tregoad Park's Manor is a large house which offers a grand solution that certainly won't disappoint with ample room for up to 18 guests. Not only will this luxurious and charismatic house save you money, but it will also allow you to enjoy more time together during your escape to Cornwall.

'Roomy' certainly is a word to use when describing this large house with plenty of space to unwind, relax and socialise. Beautiful views of the sea are clearly visible from the grounds of this luxurious accommodation and the self-contained large house is elevated and southerly-facing with a spacious area for family barbeques.

The three extravagant reception rooms, the extensive conservatory and the grand dining room with seating for 18 people are all focal points of the room - and the kitchen is contemporary and well-equipped to say the least. There are bedrooms of varying sizes, including master, twin and family bedrooms - some of which include Freeview-equipped TVs and en-suite facilities.

Kingfisher 6 Bedroom Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage comprises 3 double and 3 twin bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people in comfort. "The ideal base from which to explore Cornwall"

The kitchen/dining area is modern in style and is equipped with a range of floor and wall units and all the mod cons including tall fridge/freezer, 4 burner gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, Microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle. Three of the bedrooms also have Freeview TVs

Living space is large and is directly above the kitchen. It is accessed via a staircase that opens out into a large area with ample space for socialising. This is a light and airy room and there is plenty of seating for 12 people. In addition there is an entertainment centre with 42” flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player and Cinema Sound audio system.

There are two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and the other a bath, there is also an additional cloakroom off the living room. The property is fully centrally heated and all windows are double glazed.
Stepping out of the kitchen brings you into the porch conservatory and from here you can access the courtyard area. This is a self contained and private paved space with seating for 12 people. There is also a large barbeque for those Alfresco evenings.

This property is located in the centre of our farm courtyard complex and has easy access to the indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi Spa as well as the bar and restaurant. Vehicles can gain direct access for loading/unloading and parking is within 20 metres.
This is a no smoking and no pet property and it is fitted with a sensitive smoke detection and alarm system.
All bed linen is provided.

Transport
Tregoad Park is set in 55 acres of rolling countryside and comprises a prominent manor house, rural camping and caravan site, courtyard cottages,camping pods and static holiday homes. The park is just 1.5 miles from Looe and the south east Cornish coast. The park offers views to Looe Island and the sea beyond. This is a great location from which to explore this beautiful and rugged coastline along with it’s picturesque fishing ports, beautiful beaches and scenic coastal walks. There is a local bus which runs daily from the end of our drive into Looe town centre and beyond and taxis are readily available if required.

Cornish Courtyard Cottages

Staying in one of Tregoad Park's Cornish courtyard cottages allows you and your family to enjoy a piece of rural life, in charming accommodation that retains many of the original features from the farm buildings that preceded it.The stonework of the cottage is something to be admired, and the rolling farmland that surrounds the resort is charming.

The cottages can cater for parties from two to 12 people and range from one to six bedrooms in size. Inside, you'll find an array of features that make these cottages great value for money, as well as homely comfort. There's a DVD player adjoined to the flat-screen Freeview television in the living room, and also a TV in the master bedroom for those lazy mornings in.

With fully-functional room by room heating, in addition to double-glazed windows that will allow you to enjoy the perfect temperature in the cottage, you will be able to choose from bath or shower facilities, and all of our Cornish courtyard cottages come with a well-appointed kitchen with all of the utensils, appliances and cutlery you will need during your stay.
We'll even supply clean, crisp bed linen for snug, sleep-filled nights, rejuvenating you for the day ahead. All you need to do is bring your towels!

The Eden Project

Offering countless opportunities for those who love nature, the Eden Project boasts the largest rainforest in captivity in the world, with jungles and waterfalls all sheltered in awe-inspiring architectural structures. The eco-friendly credentials of this attraction include a land train that runs entirely on biofuel, and many examples of how we can live sustainably! There is even sumptuous fair-trade food and drink on offer!

Watersports in Cornwall

Have you ever tried windsurfing, canoeing or kayaking? If not, Tregoad Park is well-located near some of the 300 beaches in Cornwall, allowing you to enjoy being active. For beginners, you have the opportunity to be trained by experts, venturing along some of Cornwall’s most beautiful aquatic routes – including the River Fowey. Alternatively, if everyone doesn’t want to be challenged physically and technically by exercises such as windsurfing, why not go to a venue with a nice beach?

For tourists, there are some wonderful aquariums and museums – allowing visitors to expand their knowledge, as well as capturing the imagination of children. Directions

M5/A38 route from the M5 at Exeter, take the A38 to Plymouth. At Plymouth follow the signs for Liskeard. Follow the A38 for approx 10 miles through the villages of Landrake and Tideford to the Trerulefoot roundabout. Take the first left at the roundabout onto the A374 signposted to the historic towns of Looe Polperro. Follow this road for about 1.5 miles then take the first right, signposted to Hessenford and Looe, onto the A387. Continue through Hessenford and past Widegates. At Widegates the road bears to the left and changes to the B3253, From Widegates continue for approx. 1.5 miles through Nomansland. The road bears to the right and goes down a hill, the entrance to Tregoad Park is at the bottom of the hill on the left hand side.

From East Looe follow the B3253 and signs to St Martins and Hessenford. Stay on this road until it goes down a steep hill. Tregoad Park can be found at the bottom of this hill on the right hand side.
