Welcome to Warren Farm Holiday Centre

Warren Farm Holiday Centre is situated in Brean Sands, a picturesque coastal village set amidst stunning Somerset countryside and a large stretch of sandy beach. We are a family-run park that caters for touring and camping as well as having static caravans available for hire. Our award-winning holiday park sees customers return year after year because of the friendly atmosphere, our excellent facilities and great value for money. We have everything you need for the perfect family holiday. From the beach and children's activities, to restaurants and nightlife, we've got it all covered. Everybody is sure to be entertained day and night!

About The Park

Warren Farm has been in the Harris family for four generations and the present directors, Jon, Chris and Mike Harris, continue to develop and improve the park each year. You’ll be given a warm welcome when you arrive for your holiday, and our friendly staff will be more than happy to help with any queries during your stay.

The holiday centre is ideally situated just a stone’s throw away from Brean’s famous five-mile stretch of golden sands. We have private footpaths leading to the beach, which runs adjacent to the park. Here you can sunbathe, take a dip in the sea, build sandcastles and more!

There is plenty to do on-site including The Play Barn arcade and soft play area, Fishing Lake, Games Field and Pets Corner. Make the most of the endless expanse of farmland for all sorts of activities; playing games, walking and bike rides. Use your imagination and enjoy some quality time with family and friends in the fresh air!

Our on-site clubhouse, The Beachcomber, offers delicious food and fantastic live entertainment both in the Children’s Room and the Cabaret Bar. There are several on-site shops including convenience stores, an ice cream parlour, caravan accessories store and caravan sales area. If you fancy a takeaway we have fish 'n' chips and Chinese food available to collect on site.

There is wireless internet available at Warren Farm. Around the centre this is chargeable but The Beachcomber has unlimited free WiFi access for customers.

Touring & Camping Information

We accept touring caravans, motorhomes and tents on-site at Warren Farm. We have mainly grass pitches, with some hardstandings currently on Field 6 only. All pitches are spacious and level with plenty of room to park the car alongside your unit.

We take pride in our award-winning, clean and modern facilities. Every touring & camping area has access to a wardened washroom and facility block, which is well-equipped and maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness. There are also children's playgrounds in every touring location except for Field 3, so you could even watch the kids play from the comfort of your pitch. We have a number of disabled pitches that are closer to the facility blocks, which must be pre-booked by disabled badge holders only. Private, disabled washrooms are also available; simply pick up the key from Reception for a small deposit.

Our fields are designated as either pet-friendly or pet-free, to meet your needs whatever your preference. Field 5 (pet-friendly) and Field 6 (no pets) are closest to the main facilities namely the Play Barn and The Beachcomber clubhouse. Field 3 is also on the main site and allows pets.

Sunnyside (Field 11) is a more secluded area, a short walk from the main complex. It is generally quiet in low/mid season but does get busy in high season and on some weekends. Field 11 is sectioned into pet-friendly and pet-free areas too. Check in at Sunnyside Reception for this site. The Meadow is our overflow, non-electric field situated at Sunnyside.

Caravan Hire Information

Isis Park is our fleet of deluxe static caravans available for hire. Set in its own exclusive area overlooking the beach, with beautiful views of coast and country, the park offers a very high standard of accommodation. The park is situated across the road from Main Reception in a quiet, secluded location on the sand dunes. It has its own private footpath to the beach and is just a short walk from Warren Farm’s facilities, including The Beachcomber, Play Barn and shops.

There are several different models of holiday home on Isis Park, with either a four or six berth occupancy which can not be exceeded. The four berth caravans have one double room and one twin room, and the six berth caravans have one double and two twin rooms. Isis Park has a strict no pets policy however we offer one holiday home, The Dunes, that allows one small dog.

Each caravan has a modern interior and spacious lounge area with gas heating and a television. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a range of appliances including oven, grill, microwave and toaster. There is also a shower room equipped with a modern shower, W.C. and hand basin. There is ample parking and each caravan has its own picnic bench area outside. Bed linen is provided so all you need to pack is towels and your personal possessions. Why not treat yourself to a little luxury?

Warren Farm Shop & Bunnies Supermarket

Dave and Debbie welcome you to our two on-site convenience stores, open every day from 7.30am. Both are fully stocked with everything you need from bread, milk and groceries to hardware, souvenirs, newspapers and magazines. You can get cash back up to £100 for a minimal charge (no purchase required), top-up your phone, buy Health Lottery tickets and National Lottery Instant Wins.

Ice N’ Cold

Our contemporary ice cream parlour serves flavoured ‘Whippy’ ice cream, Ben and Jerry’s and Marshfield Farm scoop. With over 30 flavours of ice cream and many creative toppings, it's the largest selection in Brean. Don't miss 'Happy Hour' between 4 and 5pm daily - get the Original 99 Mr Whippy for 99p! Serving a new range of ice cream specials, fresh coffee, scrumptious homemade cakes and cream teas, why not treat yourself? J.T. Angling

Pop in to see Tom at J.T. Angling for all your fishing needs; tackle, rods and bait. The live baits stocked include maggots, worms, caster and rag. Frozen baits include squid, mackerel, eel and black lug. As well as pick 'n' mix pellets, flavoured meat and corn. Full hire available on all coarse tackle, plus a delivery service to the lake for bait and tackle. Open 7 days a week, with leading brands such as Guru, Korda, Middy, Bait-Tech, Dynamite Baits and more. Fishing at Warren Farm is free, simply pick up a permit from J.T Angling - don't forget to bring your arrival ticket as proof you're staying on-site. Nesses Cafe and Farm Takeaway

Nesses Cafe serves delicious Full English breakfasts, snacks and main meals - look out for her daily specials board. Fish 'n' chips is available from the Farm Takeaway and in The Play Barn Cafe, Southern Fried Chicken to eat in or take away.

Brean Caravan Shop

Brean Caravan Shop has moved! Now located in between J.T Angling and Ice N' Cold, the new store is bigger and better for 2014. There's a huge range of products such as water pumps, leisure batteries, service spares, camping accessories and plumbing, hardware and household items. The store offers a hire service including batteries, hook-up leads, mobile mains units, jump start kits, portable stoves and DVD players. A battery re-charging service is also available. Surf Bay Caravan Sales Centre

Why not upgrade your caravan at Surf Bay? There is a great range of new & used static holiday homes on display, including top manufacturers such as Atlas, Swift and A.B.I. Located on the Coast Road next to Weston Road junction.

On-Site Activities

Aside from the large stretch of golden sands running adjacent to the park and the numerous local attractions nearby, Warren Farm has plenty of activities to offer right on site. Our facilities are open to the public free of charge too.

PLAY BARN

The Play Barn is a large indoor complex providing fun for all the family; perfect for a rainy day! There is a soft play area for the younger ones, plus an arcade and pool lounge. Our wide range of amusements includes 2p machines, air hockey, teddy grabbers, a dance mat, racing games, fruit machines and more. Play ten-pin bowling for only £1 - what a bargain!

PETS CORNER

Come and see the animals at Pets Corner any time of day, but it's best to stop by at 6.30pm every evening when you can go inside the pens and help us put them to bed. Meet micro pigs Bubble & Squeak, hold the guinea pigs and rabbits, play with mischievous goats and meet our famous Danny the donkey!

THE GAMES FIELD

Our spacious grass Games Field is well-equipped for football, volleyball and basketball. The fenced off area provides a safe environment to run around in the fresh air so why not get the whole family together for a match?

OUTDOOR PLAY GROUNDS

There are outdoor play parks at The Beachcomber as well as in most touring & camping fields, so you could even watch the children play from the comfort of your pitch. The play equipment varies in each area, with everything from swings and see-saws, to slides and a play tractor!

ARCHERY, CLIMBING & ZIP WIRE

Great for the more adventurous types. Try your aim at archery, see how high you can go on the climbing wall and whoosh along the zip wire – we’re sure to get your adrenaline pumping! These activities are available free of charge every Tuesday and Thursday from 2pm in the summer school holidays only. All abilities are welcome and no need to book, just turn up to the Games Field.

TRACTOR-TRAILER RIDES

Take a ride on our bumpy tractor and trailer around the farm, see the beautiful scenery while having fun at the same time. The kids will love it! The tractor runs from Pets Corner every Friday and Saturday from 5pm - 7pm during the summer school holidays, weather permitting.

WEDNESDAY MARKET

Every Wednesday through June, July and August, Warren Farm hosts its own weekly market. Be sure to browse the stalls and pick up some holiday bargains! Situated in the Market Field, see our Park Map for its precise location.

Fishing Lake & Farm Walk

FISHING LAKE

Our 3 acre fishing lake is well-stocked with a variety of coarse fish including common, ghost and mirror carp, roach, bream, rudd and tench. Several ponds are positioned around the Farm Walk if you prefer somewhere smaller and quieter for fishing. It’s free of charge for our customers and there’s plenty of space so no need to book. Simply pick up a Warren Farm fishing permit from J.T. Angling.

J.T. Angling is our very own fishing tackle and bait shop so pop in for your supplies or take advantage of the full tackle hire service.

Even if you don’t fish, the lake is a great place to relax surrounded by beautiful scenery in a tranquil environment. There are several picnic benches surrounding the lake, so bring your hamper and some extra bread to feed the ducks!

FARM WALK

The Farm Walk allows you to stroll through hundreds of acres of stunning countryside at Warren Farm. Spot local wildlife and venture through working arable farmland as you take in the breathtaking scenery.

There are plenty of ideal places to stop, relax and enjoy the tranquillity. Your dog will thank you for it too! Pick up the Farm Walk map from Reception to see the full route.

The Beachcomber Clubhouse & Restaurant

The Beachcomber is Warren Farm's on-site clubhouse, providing delicious food and fantastic live entertainment. Now open all day, every day from 12 noon. There is a large beer garden, children's room, family restaurant and Cabaret Bar, with projector screens throughout to show your favourite Sky Sports matches. There is also free wireless internet available within the clubhouse. The Beachcomber has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, under the watchful eye of General Manager, Richard Lewis.

RESTAURANT

The Beachcomber has one of the most extensive menus in the area, offering generous portions at highly competitive prices. The menu, presented by Head Chef, Peter Fenton, ranges from light snacks to hearty home-cooked meals. The legendary Beachcomber carvery is available every Sunday throughout the season - not to be missed!

ENTERTAINMENT

The Beachcomber hosts a variety of top class shows, including cabaret, comedy, tribute acts and great bands, with no admission cost. Cabaret is followed by a lively late night disco with our resident DJ, so get your dancing shoes on! Our in-house children’s entertainers host games and party dances in the Pirates Cove. Specially booked children’s shows also feature every Saturday through the season.

At The Beachcomber entertainment complex, please note that children are allowed in the main Cabaret Bar every evening except for Saturdays when it is restricted to over 12's. Alternative entertainment suitable for families is provided in the adjoining Pirates Cove area. Children must be accompanied by a suitable adult in The Beachcomber.

Exit the M5 at Junction 22 and follow the B3140 past Burnham-on-sea to Berrow and Brean. We are situated on the coastal road in Brean, 1 mile past Brean Leisure Park on the right hand side.

What was great?
clean tidy and always have warm showers. Field 3 is basically a second home to us. warm welcome and will always look to extend your stay if want them to no atter how busy they are. shop is not overpriced on stuff as some usually are

What was great?
Everything about this site is good. Fantastic for families or couples. Very clean site, friendly staff, well stocked shops and fair priced takeaways. The pub is excellent, good food and plenty of entertainment. Have been several times and will go again.

Nice well equiped site.

What was great?
A lovely site with loads of facilities. Easy to get around on a mobility scooter and good disabled bathrooms. We loved our stay.

Even better if....
Showers are 50p for 8 minutes but if you finish much quicker you have to let the hot water just run away with no way to stop it early. This is bad for the enviroment and bad for Warren Farm. A simple stop button that could end the shower early would be very helpful.
