What was great?
Gorgeous adult only site in a beautiful area with some lovely walks nearby. Great bathroom facilities for the disabled and the woodland walk is accessible in a chair although very steep. The local pub serve delicious home cooked food and well behaved dogs are allowed in bar area.

Even better if....
Road to village pub is very tricky with no path and fast traffic. Sadly the security gate blocks access to the disabled toilet and so it is completely unavailable after 8pm until morning.

What was great?
The car broke down, towing the caravan, blocking a narrow, winding hilly lane! The breakdown lorry towed us to Waterrow, our destination, took the car off. We were booked into the site for two nights only, stayed eight nights! We were so looked after on this excellent site, used their telephone for the garage. The amenities are excellent, clear, warm and user friendly. We cannot thank Lynette enough for looking after us.

Even better if....
The only even better would have been not to have broken down. We shall certainly return and have told all how excellent the site is.
