Welcome to Waterside Leisure Park

Waterside Leisure Park has a unique location on the outskirts of Ingoldmells. The park has something to offer everyone, from the busy attractions, markets, shops and local bars of Ingoldmells to the more leisurely village life of Chapel St Leonards: all are within a short pleasant walk.

The park covers an area in excess of 100 acres and has well landscaped areas and features, including a large fishing lake and beautiful ornamental pond. The entrance of the park has a well stocked supermarket, car parking area and park office and extensive showground offering a huge choice of both new and pre-owned caravans.

A short walk in to the park is the toilet and shower block, beyond this is the touring field where there are pitches available on a nightly and seasonal basis. At the end of the touring section is the beginning of the static caravan area. Further in to the park is the fishing lake.

Amenities

Fishing Lake

Waterside features one of the best coarse fishing lakes in the area. Set in a beautiful location and refurbished at the end of the 2009 season, the lake covers an area of approximately two acres.

The lake has a large range of coarse fish including Bream, Dace, Carp and Tench. It is open daily from dawn to dusk throughout the season and tickets are available on a seasonal, weekly and daily basis, with concessions for children.

During the season the lake hosts regular angling competitions each Saturday.

Site Office

The site office is situated at the park entrance and is open daily from 08:30 to 17:00 through the season to handle any enquiries that you may have.

The friendly staff will issue caravan keys to authorised parties and arrange for gas deliveries on the park as well as offer any help or advice required.

Supermarket

There is a well stocked Supermarket at the park entrance that caters for all of your grocery needs as well as offering a well stocked off licence and newsagents.

Beach Access

Waterside Leisure Park has direct access to the lovely unspoilt beach at Ingoldmells. Featuring miles of unbroken sand and a gentle gradient to the sea the beach is one of the most picturesque and safe in the country.

Tourers

Waterside offers superb facilities for those that enjoy the freedom that only a touring holiday brings.

We offer a wide range of spacious pitches on a well maintained, landscaped grassed area both with and without electrical hook up.
The facilities include modern clean toilet blocks, with hot and cold running water. In addition there is a clean and spacious shower block with ample supplies of free hot water.

Last year we installed 25 premier plots providing hard standings, toilet, fresh water and waste water facilities and we aim to install another 25 this year!

Waterside offers a great location for tourers on a nightly/weekly basis as well seasonal pitches for those wishing to spend the entire season on the park

Caravan Sales & Purchase

At Waterside we offer a large range of caravans, both new and pre-owned from all of the major manufacturers.

Our friendly staff will help and offer advice on the wide range of caravans available and help you to make an informed decision so that you are completely happy with your holiday home.

All of our holiday homes, both new and used, come sited on a pitch of your choice, on any of our parks, and connected to all utilities, complete with gas regulator and bottle of gas.

We are also able to offer a wide range of financial solutions to help find the holiday home you want that best fits your budget.

The season starts March 1st and ends November 30th

Can I sublet my Caravan?
Yes. You can even leave spare keys in the office and these can be issued with your written permission

Can I fit a Veranda to my Caravan?
Most pitches on Waterside will accommodate a veranda.

Seaside Leisure Parks are always happy to purchase quality pre owned caravans and UPVC verandas either on or off park and can even settle existing finance if required to.

Local Attractions

Waterside Leisure Park has an ideal location and is just a few minutes walk away from the attractions that Ingoldmells has to offer, including the local bars, shops Fantasy Island and Butlins. Additionally the charming village of Chapel St Leonards is but a short walk away.

Places to visit -

Hardy's Animal Farm

Hardy's Animal Farm is within easy walking distance of Waterside Leisure Park. It is an ideal family attraction where the children can feed the animals and also find out what life on a working farm is like.

Fantasy Island

Fantasy Island is Britain's first themed indoor family resort and amusement park. It is located in Ingoldmells near Skegness on the East Coast of England. A magical world of fun, thrills and experiences for all the family

Skegness Stadium

Skegness Stadium is a tarmac short circuit oval racing track on the outskirts of Skegness, 2 miles inland from Ingoldmells. Racing is held some weekends from March to early November. Thursdays from early June until early November. Tuesdays from mid July to end August, Bank Holiday Sundays & Mondays.

There is a range of oval racing, from metal mashing of the Bangers, to the sophisticated racing machines of the powerful full on contact of Brisca F1 Stock Cars and the high speed non contact pure race machines of the National Hot Rods.
There is a full range of facilities for all the family, two bars, several fast food outlets, and well stocked track shops.

Butlins

A day out at Butlins offers tremendous value for money with a family day ticket giving access to all of the facilities, including the indoor pool complex, funfair, rides and entertainment.

Eastgate Market

Situated within the Fantasy Island complex, Eastgate market is the largest 7 day market in Europe. The many different stalls offer a variety of items at bargain prices, making this an ideal place to browse and do your shopping.

Skegness

Skegness is the biggest resort on the Fun Coast and has been a premier family holiday destination for many years.
Relax on the European award winning beach stretching into the distance.

There is so much to do that it's difficult to know where to start. The seal sanctuary and animal centre, museums, kids' adventure centres, crazy golf, ten-pin bowling, laser quest, fun fairs, and shopping, not to mention the beautifully landscaped foreshore, Compass Gardens and the colourful Tower Gardens. The Illuminations begin in July ongoing well into November, and light up the whole of the resort. There are clubs, pubs, and restaurants, cafes and kiosks, something for everyone.
