Hi, i have a Compass Avantgarde 300 motorhome on a Peugeot Boxer base, for some reason the leisure battery is not charging whether hooked up to electric or whilst driving? i have checked fuses (the ones i know of) but they are all ok, can anyone help?

first thing i would do is remove the battery to see if it will recharge off the vehicle, or get battery tested at a local garage. I have had batteries that just die and cannot be recharged and fool the charger its ok.

Yep - that's what I would do.
Then, connect a multmeter to the terminals that fit on the battery (with the battery disconnected) and check if the 13.8 volts is present from the charger, the caravan connected to the mains, then do the same with the caravan plugged into the car with the engine running.

I think you need to really check out that you have located all the fuses - sometimes they are sneaky and put an in-line fuse somewhere. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer (or dealer) for help?
My Pilote (on a Boxer chassis) somewhat weirdly had some of the cab and overcab bed lights wired through the vehicle fuse box rather than the additional motorhome fuse box. A phone call to Hayes Leisure immediately gave me the solution as they had experienced this problem at shows when the display vehicles ended up with flat batteries at the end of the show as they were drawing current off the vehicle battery rather than the leisure battery.
