We purchased the Kampa Finley Air 6 at 2014 camping and caravanning show in Feb. The tent we found was perfect for us. Loads of room, loads of storage, absolutely ideal. With a 18 month old the seemed the perfect solution. The tent was over a thousand pound so not a cheap investment. The tent arrived..... it was huge! It filled our estate boot and took 2 of us to carry it still with difficulty. We had to go out and purchase a trailer to carry everything else in. We had 2x 2 night breaks in it that were perfect.... easily put up, easily pulled down, even with a toddler who by this time getting older now so more if a handful. We came to our 3rd use of it, which was a lot further from home, and also for a week. This was where our problems started. The tubes had started to break down (ours was not an isolated case, lots of these incidences are happening after a few uses) and within a few hours it was on the floor. This happened throughout our stay, all hours through the night we were pumping the tent up, sleeping in the living area with chairs surrounding us to prevent it coming down on our faces. Although we didn't let this stop enjoying our holiday, it highlighted how vulnerable we were. Metal poles don't break fibre glass poles can be fixed, but air poles you have to live with. Hence we gt a full refund and ave now bought a fibre glass tent, less than half price and now little one has just turned 2 she is actually helping to put up the tent. Yay!!!!
