Hi Darren,
When you upload an image onto a pinboard it checks that the original image name (the one on your computer) is not the same as one previously uploaded on to that pinboard. If it does already exist then it DID automatically remove it as we are trying to avoid image duplication. This is the message you were seeing.
Having seen your question, we have now amended the pop-up warning you that it thinks the image already exists on the pinboard. However, now it gives you the option to over-ride it and keep the new image.
