Just had same problem with 240v
could be the 12v heater This can be found by removing exterior fridge vents
On the left looking from outside there is a metal tube with the mains and 12v heaters inserted into it.On mine the a mains 240v had a red sleeving and the 12v a grey sleeving they are also printed with voltage and the wattage
isolate mains and connect 12v the heater you should be able to feel the heater element warming up.
Can remove the top panel from the front after pulling of knobs then remove the 4 plastic caps inside the fridge door to remove the 4 screws and slide fridge forward about 4" to access wiring if you disconnect 12v heater cable and check resistance or continuity.
The heater can be pulled from the tube to replace
