We are intending to expand our quirky single campsite by adding a bunkhouse for 2 persons. I'm looking for advice on a camping type gas cooker with grill/ oven so I can get out of doing breakfasts!
Any suggestions on this would be appreciated. Thankyou.

You should see GSI Pinnacle Camper cookware set because they are made of high-end material which could be used anywhere. Though they are little bulky but their performance is outclassed. On the other hand, if you want something for making breakfast with a grill, then I would recommend to you use a dutch oven. You can see a variety of dutch ovens here https://cookwareinsider.com/dutch-oven-for-baking-bread/. For beach camping, we usually take dutch oven and grill stove with us and make loaves of bread, pizzas and buns with great ease.

Moreover, if you want durable camping stove, then Coleman Classic Propane Stove is one of the best and handy option. Probably, its price is around $43 but don't forget to clean it right after cooking. Best of luck!
