Whenever we left the Aquaroll not in use we would come back to find tons of insects inside it and if we left the cap on it was very smelly inside. After checking out the internet we found a solution. If you cut the foot of a pair of (clean) tights and cover the opening with it. Hold it in place with an elastic band and this stops all the insects from getting in, but allows air in and out. Great advice for us as it really works.
