Recently, me and a big group of my friends spent two nights at Woodlands Leisure Park in Dartmouth. The camp-site itself was very spacious, clean, quiet and all round great value for money. The first night, we all sat around the barbecue under our gazebo having some drinks, and just generally a great time.
The next day, we spent our time going around the leisure park. There was so much to see and do. We had great fun going down all the water slides hundreds of times (getting VERY wet), seeing all the animals cared for at the park, racing through the toboggan ride and tiring ourselves out on the assault course.
We were very lucky with the weather, and the sun was shining all day. However, even if it wasn't this wouldn't matter, as there was just as much inside as there was outside. We spent a couple of hours running around the indoor play area, where there were cannons you could fire soft foam balls at each other. We soon had other families around the park joining us in a huge battle! We were certainly all very tired after a day at Woodlands.
Woodlands is definitely fun for ALL the family, and we will certainly be going back.
