I am new to caravanning and towing, this is my first season. After 2 pretty good trips close to home, we went further a field to Somerset, the site we chose was The Old Oaks at Glastonbury, from the very start I knew that we had made the right choice, the staff were very helpful, the site and views were second to none. This is an adults only site which we both wanted as we are getting on a bit. They welcome dogs on site and have a nice enclosed area for dogs to run, at the entrance to this area there is a dog shower, did try to get my dog Max in but he was not having any of it.
Had a very relaxing week and enjoyed it so much we have booked a further week in mid September, cant wait.
Next trip is to the New Forest in the next two weeks, if anyone could recommend a good site I would like to hear from you.
