Canyoning Lake District - Esk Gorge

If you are searching out great group activities for bonding, fun and excitement then choosing gorge scrambling and canyoning Lake District style will deliver memories that last a lifetime. What better place to get under the skin of your environment than in the beautiful Esk Ghyll in the fabled Eskdale Valley?

For those already familiar with canyoning and wanting to push your limits, you need to know that there are full-day canyoning experiences on offer here, with about 10 fantastic jumps and drops during the day, some of which are 10 metre whoppers! If you're new to canyoning or you don't like the big jumps go for the 3m ones, or walk the gorge path and watch your pals fling themselves about instead! Esk Gorge provides canyoning for a range of abilities and companies like Adventure 21 (tel: 01257474467) can tailor packages to suit your needs, as well as supplying all equipment and instruction.
