Campsites Near Eden project

When the Eden project was first being built, it seemed to many who watched with interest and visited the site as it was being constructed, to be a more-than-small slice of Cornish madness. What on earth did they mean, they were building temperate biomes? All sorts of fabulous facts were bandied about in the media - the biomes would be constructed of a giant bubble-wrap-type material so big that you'd be able to park a London Taxi inside each one, should a London taxi have any business of being there at all.

Thirty years on and 'The Eden Project' is an accepted phenomena. It's not that we are becoming complacent about it - you just can't feel anything but wonder each and every time you visit, the place is such a spectacle. It's more that we have come to expect our right to visit this place - as visitors from around the world do in their hundreds of thousands every single year.

Ever-evolving and enhancing their offer to visitors, this award winning venue offers massage in the Mediterranean Biome, daily storytelling in the Cirtus Grove, gigs and festivals in the grounds during the evenings and Parkour exhibitions by some of the world's top free-runners twisting and tumbling their tricks across the site. You can even sit down to a fully-waitered evening meal in the Mediterranean Biome: surely someone will propose marriage in this romantic venue?

But what about where to stay? Eden project accomodation couldn't really be easier: there are very healthy numbers of great campsites and touring grounds nearby making Eden Project camping a straightforward business! We like it when the planning is easy, leaving more time and energy to enjoy!

Set as it is in one of the most beautiful areas of the UK, it would be crazy not to build a holiday around your visit. These campsites near Eden Project offer fabulous access not only to Eden but to the vital statistics of the surrounding area: coast and countryside at its best.
